Green retires from St. Johns district

St. Johns River Water Management District Executive Director Kirby B. Green III announced his retirement effective no later than May 2012.



Green has served for 10 years at the district's top spot, following 23 years of service with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection where he oversaw management and operations.
