Ellis & Associates, ECS merge

Ellis & Associates Inc. merged with Engineering Consulting Services Ltd. and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary and a member of the ECS Group of Companies.

Jacksonville-based Ellis & Associates was established in 1970. Greg A. Edmonds, PE, FFES, acquired the firm in 1988 and has served as the company’s president and chief executive officer since then.
