Statewide Senior Water Resources Practice Leader

HSA Engineers & Scientists is focused on providing proactive, innovative and cost-effective solutions to engineering, environmental, and construction-related projects. Coming off record profits in 2009, we seek a senior professional to manage our ongoing statewide growth and success in the field of Water Resources. The qualified candidate must possess an ability to inspire talented people and capitalize on business opportunities. He/she must be committed to find creative and workable solutions to challenging engineering problems, while delighting our clients with exceptional service and quality. Responsibilities include statewide decision-making authority over Departmental initiatives/operations/expenditures. Compensation includes profit-sharing and an opportunity for fast track partnership. The position reports directly to the President/CEO.

Qualifications
· Minimum of 10-15 years water resources experience
· Demonstrated management experience and success
· Professional designation (P.E./P.G.) and/or advanced academic science degree
· Willing to re-locate to Tampa, Fort Myers or West Palm Beach
